This initiative is aimed at promoting skill development among minority communities and enhancing their employability through industry-relevant training programs.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tHPU has been sanctioned a grant of \u20b979,70,475 for the implementation of this project. The scheme focuses on providing structured, high-quality skill training to 300 students belonging to minority communities, thereby equipping them with practical competencies aligned with current market demands.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Objectives of the Project<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tTo empower minority youth through demand-driven skill development programs<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTo enhance employability and self-reliance among beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTo bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTo promote inclusive growth and equal opportunity in skill education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Training Programs Offered<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tUnder the PM VIKAS Scheme, the University will offer training in the following job roles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<strong>Solar Photovoltaic Site Survey Assistant<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<strong>Solar PV Module Manufacturing Technician<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<strong>Certificate in Accounting Technicians (CAT)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\tThese courses have been carefully selected to align with emerging sectors such as renewable energy and financial services, ensuring better employment prospects for trainees.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Project Implementation and Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe project will be implemented through a structured framework that includes classroom instruction, practical training, and assessment, in accordance with national skill qualification standards.
